“I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life that both thou and thy seed may live." Deut 30:19

" Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me." John 14:1

Welcome into the Lord's presence on this last Sunday of the month.  What a joy again to witness the end of the month of February. All glory and honor unto our faithful God. As the popular saying goes “health is wealth”, please pay closer attention to your lifestyle choices and opt for healthier habits, which pays off later in life. I pray that our choices will not later destroy our bodies... Pay attention to your nutrition, adding vitamins and minerals and kick out junky and unhealthy diets.

Do you know that God created us with glorious, beautiful and perfect bodies? Genesis 1:31 says everything God made was good, this includes man. This presupposes that Human body, though crafted perfectly by God, must be cared for and maintained with informed choices. Why? To avoid break down and unpleasant experiences and situations. As a car needs engine oil and some requirements to function, so the human body needs nutrients, vitamins, minerals, exercise to function appropriately.

Human body is created for high efficiency, but can become ineffective if care is not taken. Good lifestyle choices will alleviate unnecessary sufferings, sickness, hardships sorrow and outright breakdown. Use wisdom and good judgment in managing your body which is the temple of the living God. . Wisdom according to the bible is the principal thing ...
Good nutrition and lifestyle choices will promote health and reduce risk for major chronic diseases.  Healthy choices produces a healthier you.

A Nutrient is a substance that provides nourishment essential for growth and the maintenance of life. An essential nutrient is a nutrient that the body cannot synthesize on its own -- or not to an adequate amount -- and must be provided by the diet. These nutrients are necessary for the body to function properly. The six essential nutrients include carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals and water.
Vitamins are organic compounds which are needed in small quantities to sustain life. We get vitamins from food, because the human body either does not produce enough of them or none at all. Examine your choices; it is a ticket to early grave or long life? Your choice determines your destination!

“Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the Lord shall be thy reward." Is 58:8
