" Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.  Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:" Ps. 103:1-2

" I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make her boast in the Lord: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad. O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together." Ps 34:1-3

Welcome to God’s presence on this last Sunday of April. Thank God for His faithfulness that preserved us to see this day. All glory, honor and adoration to the most High God.

Ingratitude is one sin that most prevalent today, among believers. We are beneficiaries of his grace. God does so much for us. Our indebtedness to him is enormous and yet we rarely or at least infrequently offer thanks for what he has done. Are you thankful for your life, which doesn't belong to you? Are you thankful for the air you breathe in that you don't pay for? Are you thankful for things undeserved, yet God gave to you, salvation, justification and redemption?

Are you thankful for your world so sweet! Are you thankful for the food you eat? When last have you shown quality gratitude to the preserver of your soul? For a child of God thankfulness is not confined to a day or a season, it is an attitude that we should have every day, every hour and every minute. Be grateful. As we look unto the final days of this month of overflowing gratitude, why don't you center your gaze on giving God the gratitude that He deserves! If you will resolve to shower God with unlimited gratitude, He will in turn surround you with unlimited greatness. Grateful people are great people that will receive great miracles, great signs and wonders.

Gratitude moves God's hand and presence to work with and for you. When God is at work in your life everything will work together for your good. Rom. 8:28. Thankless people are proud and selfish, and they will end up with nothing. Do you want to be great? Send forth the aroma of gratitude to God. Forget about yourself, worship and magnify His name. Focus on gratitude. Let your thanksgiving be more than your requests. Resolve to live a thankful life. Gratitude humbles you and lifts God up.

Lack of gratitude invokes the wrath of God. Where prayer doesn't work switch to gratitude. Just appreciate God for what he has done in expectation of what he will still do. He can never fail. Stop murmuring, grumbling or commanding God, just show gratitude continually for He deserves it. Be Grateful for all God has done for you. Gratitude terminates pain, and injects you with Hope and expectation.  Shalom.
