These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. John 16:

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. John 14:27

Welcome into God’s presence on this glorious day.  Thanks be to God who delivered us from all the evils and perils of the past week. Jesus in John 14:6 said I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. In John 14:1, Jesus also said....." Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me."
Beloved, believe it or not, life is very stressful, stormy and challenging.

The reality is that life is extremely stressful, if care is not taken, it can lead to anxiety, depression but God has made enough provision in His word for our peace. Bible in Philippians 4:4, 6-7 says Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice. [6] Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. [7] And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
This means that nothing in life should cause our hearts to go into clinical depression. Anxiety and Depression are the most two common emotions that plague people, causing emotional distress, and feelings of inferiority, loneliness, and despair. If you are in these categories, help is available for you in God’s word! You can calm down, and de-stress by exposing yourself to God’s presence, joy and word of comfort.
Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning. I believe that it is your time to rejoice!  Anxiety and Stress is bad for you and for your health.
Sometimes trials are the launching pads to great testimonies. God has a reason for all that you’ve been through or you are going through. Look up, help is on the way.

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord , thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Jeremiah 29:11 (KJV)"

Believe it or not, for the believer, stress boils down to lack of Trust in God. To avoid stress, note the following.
1. Look up; Trust the sovereign God more, for His grace is always sufficient for you. He is always in control of all events of your life. Refuse to let Stress dominate you! God has given us and made provision for all that we need in life.  Heb. 12:1-2
2. Depend on God for daily strength to overcome. Is 40:28-31
3. Depend on His incredible promises. Meditate on His words. Luke 1:37
4.  Prayer ... Worry compounds our stress and anxiety, but take everything to God in prayer . This is a remedy.
5.  Praise.  You can be stressed when you are always praising God.
6. Be expectant. For the expectation of the righteous shall not be cut off.
7.  Believe God. Rom. 4:18,
Be Blessed.
